Catho Online lança nova pesquisa e destaca principais meios efetivos de contratação

O networking e os classificados online lideram o ranking, mantendo o crescimento das pesquisas anteriores

São Paulo, 19 de julho de 2011 – A Catho Online, maior classificados online de currículos e empregos da América Latina, acaba de lançar a nova Pesquisa dos Executivos 2011, realizada no mês de abril, com participação de 46.067 respondentes. De acordo com os dados, 11% dos empregados foram contratados por sites de classificados para o emprego atual, sendo o segundo meio mais efetivo de contratação.

Se comparado com os anos anteriores, em 2011 este meio apresentou expressivo crescimento, aumentando de 5,9% em 2007, para 11,11% nesta última edição da pesquisa. As redes sociais, por sua vez, ocupam a última posição do ranking, seguidas pelas empresas de recolocação e listas de e-mail, evidenciando que estes meios são os que menos geram contratações.

Quanto aos meios mais utilizados pelos desempregados, 68% fazem uso de sites de classificados, sendo que 32% destes foram chamados para pelo menos uma entrevista. Já no caso dos empregados, 45% dos profissionais fizeram uso dos classificados online para buscar o emprego atual, sendo que destes, 44% foram convocados para alguma entrevista.

Para preencher suas vagas as empresas também recorreram aos sites de classificados, meio utilizado por 22% dos recrutadores, e às indicações, sendo 48% realizadas dentro da empresa e 27% fora da organização.

“Atualmente, grande parte dos profissionais em busca de uma recolocação possuem currículo cadastrado na Internet, e as empresas, por sua vez, também optam pelos classificados online para divulgar suas vagas, devido à facilidade e diversas ferramentas que esse meio oferece. Com certeza essa é uma tendência que já cresceu expressivamente e deve crescer cada vez mais.”, diz Adriano Meirinho, diretor de Marketing da Catho Online.
